It is 8:55 pm and we’ve been driving since 8:30 this morning. We are an hour and a half from home, but unfortunately, this is some of the toughest driving because of all the traffic. I will just be glad when we pull into our driveway. If you are ever wondering how big the U. S. is, just try driving even half way across the country. From Dallas, Texas to L.A., CA it’s 22 hours of driving, going mostly 70 and 80 miles per hour. A great drive even with the 117 degrees we experienced today going through the Mojave desert. Yes, 117. Luckily, we were in an air conditioned car. Okay, I will close. I can see LA off in the distance!
