Ray, Rachael and I went to Disney Hall tonight to hear the Soweto Gospel Choir. Not only have they been nominated for three Grammy’s, they have won two, as well as an Emmy, three SAMAS, and have been nominated for an Oscar. They have sung with U2, Peter Gabriel, Celine Dion and any number of other musicians and, let me tell you, they put on a show. They dance and sing with such heart and soul that there were moments when i wondered how they were keeping up all the energy and not getting exhausted. In short, they had the whole audience dancing and singing all through the show and everyone left with a big smile on their faces.
