I specialize in short stories, poetry, personal essays, memoir, and college essays. With my guidance, many of my students have won writing contests and/or published their pieces in literary journals, anthologies, magazines, or e-zines.
Many of my high school and college students
have been admitted to their first choice undergraduate and graduate schools due in
large part to their superlative personal statements and college essays.

Saturday night. Sick. Yuck.
Woke up this morning feeling too tired after so many hours of sleep. Then intestinal woes hit me and I’ve been limping ever since.
Party tonight and I’m at home with the dogs. I just didn’t feel like going.
Think I’ll head back to bed. Just want to rest. My body clearly is saying it’s time for a lie-down.
Hope you’re all feeling healthy. I’m sure with a little rest I’ll be feeling that way, too.
