We just returned from the Stanley Kubrick exhibit at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). This was part of Rachael’s 22nd birthday celebration – a trip that she and her dad cooked up.
This exhibit is fabulous and could be revisited many times in order to fully experience it.
They have clips from all of Kubrick’s movies on big screens:
Lots of movie memorabilia:
Rooms for each movie:
And just tons of Kubrick-related stuff:
If you like Stanley Kubrick films, then this is a must-see exhibition.
It costs $20 bucks for non-LACMA members, but, if you’re a Kubrick fan, this is cheap. Also, this gets you into the entire museum, which has lots and lots of great art.
The exhibition runs from now until June 30, 2013.
Go, go, go. You will definitely get your money’s worth!
