Here are a few pictures that sum up our day.
We were at DFW at 4:30 this morning. Our plane was late and Ray took a nap.
Tropical Storm Bill poured rain for quite a while, which was captured in this photo from the plane.
We arrived in LA mid-morning.
After arriving home and staying a few minutes, we headed to Ojai to deal with some work. Here is a picture of the orange grove for the short period we were there.
We stopped in downtown Ojai for an agave-sweetened ice cream. (Not my photo)
Afterward, Ray had a meeting at St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church in Hollywood. Here is a picture of the church (not mine).
Then we saw our family including our beloved Luna this evening. (Okay, these pictures are from Luna’s birthday, but my phone was almost dead tonight.)
Now we are home and are ready to go to bed.
