If you liked the late film critic Roger Ebert, then this documentary is one you might one to see. Poignant, brazenly open, and deeply touching. You will see a passion for life that is hard to equal. Roger Ebert provides an example for living while dying that is beyond anything most of us have ever seen. Chaz, his wife, is also an inspiration. This is not light-hearted fare, but also not overly heavy. There is a joyousness that pushes beyond the difficult moments of Ebert’s medical problems and shows his attitude about “life itself.” I would recommend this documentary to anyone who wants to see a life lived with passion mixed with love.
